Femina Handmade customer assistance hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. We will do our best to answer each message as soon as we can, in the order received. Emails sent over the weekend will be answered on the following business day. Response times may be extended during holidays and promotions. Inquiries are answered in the order they are received; please do not send multiple emails as this will place you at the end of the queue.
