- While most orders are ready to ship within 2-4 business days (excluding holidays) after you place your order, some orders take additional time, as each piece is made-to-order.

- The order recipient is the importer on record and must comply with all laws, regulations and restrictions of the destination country.
- Femina Handmade is not responsible for brokerage fees, import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes ("VAT"), tariffs, and any other associated fees. Customers are responsible for international duties, taxes and refused shipping charges.
- Please be aware of your country's customs tax charges, if any. You can visit your country's customs agency website for more info.
- Shipping times will vary depending on the carrier and the destination.
- Packages may take between 1 and 7 weeks to be delivered, on average, depending on your location and customs delays. Femina Handmade cannot guarantee the delivery of your order in a timely manner due to customs regulations.
International Orders all ship via USPS. Please note duties and taxes are not included in the total checkout. The customer is responsible for any and all customs/duties fees incurred. Check with your local postal or customs office for more information on the rules and fees that may apply to your country. All packages are the responsibility of the receiver once they pass through US customs clearance into your designated country.
Any cancellations of standard orders must be done within 2 hours from time of order to avoid any additional fees or charges. If more than 2 hours have passed and you wish to cancel your order please refer to our return policies for returning the merchandise back to us once you receive it. Please note there are no returns, refunds or exchanges on personalized or custom orders.
We are not responsible for delivery delays once the package is in transit with the carrier. In the event your package gets lost in transit, we will make every effort we can to assist you. However, we cannot be held responsible for packages once they have been confirmed as delivered. We strongly recommend selecting a delivery address that is safe and secure.
Packages may get mistreated by the carrier. If for any reason you received a damaged item, you must contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damaged item and your order number.
