We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns or exchanges within 10 days of receiving the item(s). 

NOTE: Sale and personalized orders cannot be returned and are final sale. 

• You MUST include a tracking number with any return/exchange and provide us with your tracking information in an email.

Returns:
We accept unworn/undamaged/unpersonalized returns within 10 days of receiving your item(s). In the case of a return, you will be credited in full, minus the cost of initial shipping. Please allow 4-7 days after receipt of merchandise for us to process your return. Items must be returned in its original packaging, including any boxes, and other packaging materials used for shipping when the order was placed, and properly packaged as received or a 10% restocking fee will be applied. All shipping fees associated with returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
• Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment
• A credit will be issued for the merchandise amount only. Shipping charges are not refundable.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact customerservice@feminahandmade.com with a photo of the incorrect/damaged item and your order number. Damaged goods due to buyer's negligence will not be accepted for refund. Please inspect your items upon arrival as claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving your item(s). 
Exchanges:
Please contact customerservice@feminahandmade.com with the purchaser's name and Order ID within 10 days of receiving your item and a customer service representative will contact you with further details. All items for exchange must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving your item. Shipping on exchanges must be paid fully by the customer. 
Femina Handmade will charge you any difference in price for the new merchandise or issue a refund if the exchange is less than the original price. All customers will be charged for Standard Shipping for any items being exchanged unless discussed otherwise.

Personalized Orders:
All personalized items purchased from Femina Handmade are engraved by hand which translates into one-of-a-kind and unique pieces. We hand stamp all letters using a hammer and our own hands in order to give each engraving a unique, imperfect look. Please note that we do not accept returns on pieces due to the stamping aesthetics. Femina Handmade does not use computers or sophisticated machines to engrave and personalize its items.
