When will I receive my order?
Our current processing time is 2-4 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). Shipping times are not included (please see below). Due to high volume of orders, we may take longer to dispatch orders on holidays and special dates such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.
These are the shipping times the Post Office takes to deliver your order once they are in possession of your package. Please note these times are approximate and do not take holidays into consideration.
US Standard Shipping: 5-14 business days
US Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days
US Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
CANADA Shipping: 2+ weeks (Orders are shipped via USPS)
INTERNATIONAL Shipping: 2+ weeks (Orders are shipped via USPS)
Can I cancel/modify my order?
Orders can be canceled or modified within two hours after submitting your order.

Received a wrong or damaged item. What should I do?
If your item arrived damaged you have 24 hours upon delivery of your order to contact us. We will ask you to provide us with pictures of the damaged item. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Customers must provide us with a picture showing the full item plus a close-up picture of the damage. Please don't send the same message more than once; this may further delay our response.
If you received the wrong item please email us at email@example.com with your order number and we will get back to you within 48 hours. Do you provide a tracking number?
We provide a tracking number with each order. After we dispatch the order, it is the customer's responsibility to track his/her package.
The tracking number says the package was delivered but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
If you haven’t received your package please contact us within 48 hours. We will do our best to help you locate your package. Please note we do not replace packages that are marked “Delivered” or misdelivered packages by the Post Office. We strongly recommend selecting a delivery address that is safe and secure.

My jewelry is too short/long. Can you fix it?
We do offer chain extenders for short necklaces. For longer necklaces we may be able to make your piece shorter for an extra fee. Please email us at email@example.com. We can also suggest to get in touch with your local jeweler as it may be a much faster process.
Do you offer gift wrapping? How is the order packaged?
Each item is packaged in a single customized box, ready for gifting!
